Booking, Consultations & Deposits

A £30 deposit is required to secure all consultation appointments.

This amount can either be redeemed against a future treatment appointment if booked following your consultation, or retained as the consultation fee if no treatment is booked.

A £50 deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments booked after a consultation.

This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Payments can be made via secure payment link or in person. Please note that card details are not stored.

Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Unpaid appointments may be cancelled.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) will result in the full forfeiture of your deposit.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Deposits & Refunds

Consultation deposits are redeemable against future treatment bookings if treatment is booked following the consultation.
Treatment deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.
Deposits are non-refundable where the cancellation policy has not been followed.

Children & Pets

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. They cannot accompany you into treatment rooms.

Only guide dogs are allowed on the premises.

Consultations & Remote Appointments

Remote appointments (phone/video) require payment at booking.

Remote appointments for anti-wrinkle treatments are not permitted and you must have a face to face consultation prior treatment

Medical History & Liability

It’s essential to disclose your complete medical history. MK Injectables is not liable for any issues arising from withheld information or failure to follow provided instructions.

Payments & Packages

I accept major credit cards including American Express.

Split payments that are due must be paid before the first treatment is performed.

Courses of treatment must be used within 12 months of purchase. Treatments not used within this time are forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.

Expired package treatments cannot be credited or refunded.

Treatment courses that have commenced are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your course after it has commenced, the remaining value will be credited to your account after the full cost of the individual treatments that have already been received (or forfeited) have been deducted.

Account credits are not transferable to other clients.

Purchased courses cannot be shared with other clients.

Injectable treatments

Botox Reviews: A complimentary review appointment is offered, ideally 2 weeks after facial Botox treatment. This can be booked 10 days to 3 weeks after treatment. Reviews must be booked with Miriam.

Dermal Filler Reviews: Reviews are offered depending on the treated area between 2 and 6 weeks post treatment.

If reviews are made later than 3 weeks after treatment, only significant asymmetries or problems will be adjusted and this will be at the practitioner’s discretion.

General “top-ups” will not be performed after 3 weeks post treatment.

Dermal Filler treatments are charged by the vial or by the area. Practitioners will do their best to advise on the amount required for desired results but there is a margin of error in this. If desired results have not been achieved, further filler may be purchased at the advertised rate.

Refunds & Product Returns

Prescription Products: Non-refundable.
Unopened Products: Return within 14 days with receipt for an exchange or credit note.
Opened Products: Non-refundable unless defective. For unexpected reactions, please consult MK Injectables.

Promotions and Pricing

Promotional offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers unless specifically stated.

All treatments, products and offers are subject to availability.

Prices can change at any time without notice.

In the event of pricing errors, MK Injectables reserves the right to not proceed with the sale.
